If I only make a little research and find out what kind of company Ashley I should just brought my business to another place. Anyways, it started back in Sept 2016 I purchased my first Tempur-pedic bed and together with the bedroom set. The product was delivered late but that's okay, when I started assembling the lamp (Sesen Poly Table Lamp) the screw head breaks. I have to return it and decided to get another brand. I selected the Stellina Poly Table Lamp but unfortunately friend of mine has that same model and it's not going to match our bedroom set color. I return the unopen box shade to the store in front of Emad and Siham and requested to record it and write it down. She said she will take care of it. I finally decided theTaji Metal Table Lamp. Waited couple of weeks and I receive the new lamp few days before Thanksgiving Day. Unfortunately there is one shade missing. So I have to go back to the store to inform them about the missing shade. That was Nov 26 we went back to the store and informed Emad about the missing shade. He talked to Siham to place the order of the missing shade.. well up to this point I still calling back and spoke to at least 5 people in the store giving me conflicting information about my missing shade. To top it off I receive at extra charge of $108.99 posted Dec 31. What in the hell I have an extra charge, again nobody knows. Siham mentioned about it's the charge for the broken lamp and I almost lost my cool. I am a very patient person and I waited this long just for a piece of missing shade and now I have an extra charge. While writing this I finally talk to the store manager Juan after several hours of waiting and calling. He said he will take care of it and apologize and it will be taken cared off. It took me this long and pushing before I finally spoke to the manager. Hope you guys think twice before you purchase anything from Ashley. They seem to have no system in place that will take care of their customers and their complain.
