WAY longer than expected delivery date!

My name is Kim and I made a purchase on 11/30 from the Henrietta, NY store. I had already shopped around and found a living room set that I fell in love with at Raymour and Flanigan and decided to price compare here before purchasing. We were assisted by Jon and his manager who found us a comparable set in their showroom, but it cost twice the price! I was ready to walk out at that very moment. They went on to explain why they were so much better to purchase from and why their pieces are of higher quality and how I would receive better customer service. As someone who values customer service, I was sold. We were told that the delivery would be 2-4 weeks which completely bummed me out because I wanted our new living room set in time for the holidays. Again though, it still seemed worth it so I COMPROMISED on 2-4 weeks. After signing away, we got a call the next day and were told that the furniture could not be delivered until Jan 13th (44 days later). Who saves money to go buy something just to wait a month and a half when you can get it somewhere else for half the price and 3 day delivery? Had I known I would be waiting that long for the couches I would've gone right back to Raymour and not cared whether the furniture came from a warehouse or not! After wasting an entire day arguing with the customer service department, they offered me $75 cash or $150 store credit (which buys you nothing there). I still didn't agree and the most I could be compensated was $200. On a $5,000 purchase where I was already paying more than double what another store's price was I thought that was a slap in the face. Oh, not to mention, I couldn't cancel my order because it was more than 24 hours since my purchase without paying almost $700. What a bunch of bull! Do not waste your money for such "great" customer service.
