Ashley Furniture Complaint

ashley furniture/ morrow , ga. fire hazard recliner and funky, smelly loveseat full of dog hair
i bought this furniture and when i plugged recliner, it sparked fire, the loveseat had a very funly, nasty, odor and had dog hair as we closer investigaed the merchandise.
i called the copr. office and was advised , the furnite would be pick up.that didn't happen.i also called local store in morrow, ga where purchased, spoke to 3 different ladies and store manager Kevin Ashmeade. Kevin and i discussed and he advied fiurnitre would be picked up, i told him not to put back on showroom floor, as it is clearly REPO FURINTURE.
now, another day have gone by and no call from store manager. so i called him and was put on continious hold. i called back and same thing. HE NEVER ANSWERED PHONE,
i then called the corporate offrice again, and same thing was put on hold, passed around, and then disconnected. i have worked in retail for years, and experienced a lot of things, but never anything this bad from a place of business that advertises as reliable business
