Power Recliner broke after 3 days! - Reclining Sofas


Do not buy from Ashley's Furniture. My husband and I bought a sofa and matching love seat both with power recliners which we paid extra for. After only 3 days the love seat recliner was not working. We have the 5 year warranty so a tech came out to fix it. The tech said the motor was defective and he would have to order a part. That was almost a month ago and we are still waiting for the part to come in. Yesterday the recliner on the sofa stopped working as well. I demanded that they replace our furniture because it didn't work from the beginning and the customer service department had the nerve to say " NO... It worked for 3 days didn't it? " I have never delt with such poor customer service. Tell everyone you know to NEVER buy from Ashleys.
