Sofa was not avaiable when I went to warehouse to P.U only recliner which was broken when I unpacked it - ashley sofa and recliner


Purchased a sofa and recliner on 11/17/2016 and told that I could PU items any time after the 26th of NOV. Called warehouse and informed then on the day I was picking up the items..no mention that the sofa was on back order..only PU recliner which was broken when I unpacked it. Went to store(Sarasota,Fl) and told to call customer care which I did. They told me a technician would come to look at the recliner...the day which he was schedule to look at it He called in sick and I WAS NOT NOTIFIED. When he did come and look at the recliner ..was told that it should be replaced and I would here in two weeks. I repaired it myself so I could use sense it has been 42 days from purchase date.
